A couple athletes from Eckville Junior-Senior High were in Red Deer on June 1 for the ASAA Track Championships.
Jacob Berdahl and Peace Won both represented their school at the track meet.
Berdahl took home a championship title after winning gold in discus. Berdahl also competed in shotput, where he placed second and won a gold medal, and he was also second in aggregate.
Won was a member of the relay team. The relay team came in fourth at the championship meet.
