Residents will be able to come get a close up look at the trophy Team Canada will be defending in the tournament, and also nap a picture while you are there.

Tickets for the Team U.S.A. vs Team Slovakia exhibition game will also be sold at the Park during those hours.

The Sylvan Lake exhibition game will be held at the NexSource Centre on Aug. 3 at 3 p.m.

The tournament itself will be played in both Edmonton and Red Deer.

The Hlinka Gretzky Cup is considered to bring together the world’s best under 18 hockey players into one tournament for the prized trophy.
