Wolf Creek Public Schools (WCPS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Betty Clark as WCPS transportation manager.

Clark came to WCPS in 2006, and has supported our students, staff, and schools in the Transportation Services department for the past seven-and-a-half years, with the most recent of those seven years being in the role of assistant transportation manager.

Clark also diligently assisted École Secondaire Lacombe Composite High School for seven years as an administrative assistant.

“I have enjoyed working for WCPS and have built some strong connections,” said Clark.

“I am looking forward to continuing to work with the transportation team in my new role.”

Prior to WCPS, Clark worked for Battle River School Division for 20 years, as student information systems officer in their Tech Services department and at Camrose Composite High School. She has also driven buses for athletic departments and for curricular field trips.

“Betty has a wealth of knowledge about Wolf Creek and our transportation department,” said Roger Hall, WCPS secretary-treasurer.

“Betty truly believes that our bus drivers, shop staff, as well as the transportation department office staff, that she will manage, are a dedicated group of individuals that excel at ensuring safe trips for our students.

“The love she has for student transportation will serve her and the school division well in her new role as a leader, and in being a part of the future direction of this department.”
