UPDATE: Wetaskiwin RCMP investigating suspicious death

Male was confirmed deceased at the scene

An autopsy that was completed at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Edmonton on March 4, 2020 has deemed the male’s death as a homicide.

The deceased male has been identified as Daryan Lyndon John (22) of Kehewin Cree Nation. The RCMP Major Crimes Unit would like to speak with anyone that may have been in contact with Daryan on March 2-3, 2020 or has information related to the circumstances surrounding his death.
